경기도가 ‘스토킹·데이트폭력 대응 종합대책’을 전국 최초로 수립했다. 경기도는 ‘스토킹처벌법’의 사각지대에 있는 스토킹 피해자와 데이트폭력 피해자를 대상으로 상담·의료·법률지원 등 전방위적으로 지원한다는 내용을 담은 ‘스토킹·데이트폭력 대응 종합대책’을 전국 최초로 수립했다고 지난 2월 7일 보도자료를 통해 밝혔다.
경기도는 ‘모든 폭력으로부터 안전한 경기도’를 비전으로 이번 종합대책을 수립했다. 주요 내용으로는 △피해자 지원 추진체계 내실화(전달체계 재정비, 안내 누리집 운영) △예방과 안전 강화(인식개선, 가정폭력·성폭력 공동대응팀을 통한 피해 조기 개입 시스템 구축) △피해자 보호 및 자립지원 확대(일회성 스토킹도 지원, 데이트폭력 피해자 지원, 치료 회복프로그램, 신변 안전보호 서비스, 대상자 맞춤형 보호 서비스) △가해자 재범 방지 프로그램 운영(가해자 인식개선 치유 프로그램, 지역사회 안전망 구축) 등 4대 목표 11개 과제를 담았다.
