의왕시, 신혼부부 주택임차보증금 대출이자 연 1회 최대 130만원 지원

의왕시가 ‘신혼부부 주택임차보증금 대출이자 지원사업’ 대상자를 모집한다.

지원대상자는 공고일 기준(2023년 2월 17일) △의왕시 전입 1개월 이상 무주택가구로 혼인신고 7년 이내, △2021년 기준 부부합산 연소득 8,00만원 이하, △의왕시 소재 주택(전용면적 85㎡ 이하, 임차보증금 3억원 이하)이라는 조건을 갖춰야한다.
