과천시, 무주택 신혼부부에 주택전세자금 대출이자 지원

과천시가 지역 내 무주택 신혼부부의 주거비 부담을 줄이고 안정적인 정주 여건을 조성하기 위해 ‘신혼부부 주택전세자금 대출이자 지원사업’을 추진한다고 지난 4월 4일 보도자료를 통해 밝혔다.

과천시는 지원 대상 신혼부부에게 금융권 전세대출잔액의 1% 범위 내에서 연1회, 최대 100만원을 지원하며, 최대 5년간 지원이 가능하다.

지원 대상은 결혼 후 2016년에서 2022년 사이에 혼인신고를 한 7년 이내의 부부로, 2021년 기준 부부합산 연소득이 9,700만원 이하이며 부부 모두 과천시에 주소를 둔 무주택 신혼부부다.

신청은 4월 10일부터 26일까지 거주지 동 주민센터에서 할 수 있다.

과천시 관계자는 “전세자금 대출이자 지원사업이 주거비 부담으로 어려움을 겪는 신혼부부들에게 실질적인 도움이 되길 바란다”라고 말했다.
