충남도가 5월 1일자로 2·3급 고위직 승진 인사를 단행했다고 27일 밝혔다.
이번 인사는 최근 홍성·금산 등 산불 발생과 관련 도민의 생명과 안전을 최우선시 하는 것에 방점을 뒀다.
이번 인사에서 충남도는 조원갑 자치안전실장이 행정안전부 전출에 따라 재난·안전 분야 총괄 컨트롤타워인 자치안전실장 자리에 정한율 홍성 부군수를 승진 배치했다.
정한율 홍성 부군수는 행정안전부 산업교통재난대응과장, 민방위과장 등을 거쳐 2019년 도에 전입했다.
홍성 부군수 자리는 도정 최초 여성 부단체장으로 조광희 안전기획관을 배치했으며, 안전기획관에는 남상훈 농업정책과장을 승진 배치했다.
조광희 안전기획관은 간호직으로 서산시에서 공직에 입문해 도 보건정책과장, 여성가족정책관, 공무원교육원장 등을 역임했다.
남상훈 농업정책과장은 도의회 예산정책담당관, 도 사회적경제과장 등을 역임한 바 있다.
현재 공석인 사회재난과장 자리에는 박성철 자치경찰행정과장(행정안전부 계획인사교류)이 전입 배치된다.
