브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 중소기업 10곳 중 8곳이 윤석열 정부의 중소기업 정책에 만족하고 있는 것으로 조사됐다.
중소기업중앙회는 지난 15일부터 18일까지 중소기업 303개사를 대상으로 실시한 ‘윤석열 정부 중소기업 정책 만족도 및 정책과제 조사’ 결과를 22일 발표했다.
조사 결과, 윤석열 정부 출범 이후 중소기업 정책 만족도에 대해 응답기업 10곳 중 8곳 가량(77.6%)이 ‘만족’(매우 만족 26.4%+만족 51.2%)하는 것으로 나타났다.
윤석열 정부가 가장 잘한 중소기업 정책으로는 ‘근로시간 유연화 등 노동개혁 원칙 수립’(57.8%)이 가장 많았고, ‘납품단가 연동제 법제화 등 제값 받기 환경 조성’(54.5%), ‘상속·증여세 한도 확대 등 기업승계 활성화’(31.4%) 등이었다.
한·미·일 경제협력 강화 등 윤석열 대통령의 ‘대한민국 1호 영업사원’ 행보에 대해서는 중소기업의 84.8%가 긍정적으로 평가(매우 긍정적 50.5%+긍정적 34.3%)했다.
긍정평가 이유로는 ‘글로벌 위상 강화’(66.1%), ‘수출기회 확대’(44.7%), ‘소재·부품·장비 및 원자재 수입 원활화’(27.6%) 등이었다.
한국경제가 당면한 최우선 해결과제로는 ‘경직된 노동시장’(40.3%)을 가장 많이 지적했고, ‘대·중소기업 양극화’(18.5%) ‘과도한 규제’(18.2%) 등이 그 뒤를 이었다.
중소기업이 당면한 가장 큰 애로는 ‘인력난 심화’(48.5%)로 나타났고, ‘인건비 상승’(45.9%), ‘원자재값 인상’(42.6%) 등이었다.
한편, 윤석열 정부 2년차에 중점 추진해야 하는 중소기업 정책으로는 응답기업 10곳 중 6곳(59.7%)이 ‘주52시간제·중대재해처벌법 등 노동개혁’을 꼽았다.
이어 ‘외국인력 제도 개선 등 인력난 해소’(34.3%), ‘대·중소기업 양극화 해소’(30.0%), ‘기업승계 활성화 지원’(19.5%) 등이었다.
김기문 중기중앙회장은 “윤석열 정부 출범 이후 지난 1년간 노동에 치우친 정책을 바로잡고 납품단가 연동제 도입, 기업승계제도 개선 등 기업하기 좋은 정책환경을 마련한 데 대한 중소기업 현장의 공감대가 이번 조사결과에 반영된 것으로 보인다”며 “정부와 기업이 원팀으로 뭉쳐 당면한 복합경제 위기를 극복하고 글로벌 시장에서 대한민국의 경쟁력을 높여야 한다”고 말했다.
