과천시가 ‘자랑스러운 과천의 모습, 그리고 나’라는 주제로 ‘I AM 과천, 쇼츠 영상 공모전’ 응모작에 대한 공개 심사를 5월 28일까지 진행한다.
과천시는 지난 4월 30일 마감한 쇼츠 영상 공모전에 개인과 팀 단위의 응모작 총 55건이 접수됐다고 지난 18일 밝혔다.
과천시는 외부 전문가 5명으로 구성된 심사위원회를 구성해 평가를 진행하는 동시에, 응모작 전체를 유튜브 공식 채널에 공개해 구독자를 대상으로 선호도 평가를 받고 있다.
유튜브 구독자 평가(20점 만점)는 ‘좋아요’ 개수에 따라 1등에서 55등까지 점수를 매기며, 심사위원회의 평가 점수(80점 만점)와 합산, 수상작을 최종 선정할 예정이다.
심사위원회는 △주제 적합성(20점) △기획 우수성(20점) △기술 완성도(20점) △향후 활용도(20점) 등 4가지 심사기준으로 평가를 진행할 예정이다.
과천시는 6월 9일, 과천시 유튜브 ‘커뮤니티’를 통해 수상작을 발표하고, 우수 응모작 1건에 200만원, 우수상 2건에 각 100만원, 장려상 3건에 각 50만원의 상금을 수여한다.
과천시는 수상작을 온라인 홍보에 다양하게 활용할 예정이다.
신계용 과천시장은 “과천의 매력을 다양하게 보여줄 수 있는 쇼츠 영상 공모전 공개 심사에 시민 여러분의 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁드린다”고 밝혔다.

The city of Gwacheon will conduct an open review of the entries for the ‘I AM Gwacheon, Shorts Video Contest’ until May 28 under the theme of ‘Proud of Gwacheon, and me’.
Gwacheon City announced on the 18th that a total of 55 individual and team entries were received for the Shorts Video Contest, which ended on April 30th.
Gwacheon City has formed a judging committee composed of five external experts to conduct evaluations, while at the same time releasing all entries on YouTube's official channel to receive preference evaluations for subscribers.
The YouTube subscriber evaluation (out of 20 points) will be graded from 1st to 55th according to the number of ‘likes’, and the winner will be finally selected by adding the evaluation score (out of 80 points) of the judging committee.
