과천시립교향악단이 오는 7월 7일 저녁 7시 30분, 시민회관 대극장에서 네 번째 콘서트시리즈로 ‘All that Beethoven’ 무대를 선보인다.
이번 공연에서는 불멸의 작곡가 베토벤의 영혼이 담긴 작품을 선보인다. 전반부에는 음악사에 최고로 남은 피아노 협주곡 제5번 ‘황제(Eperor)’를, 후반부에는 교향곡 제5번 ‘운명(Schicksal)을 연주한다.

이번 공연은 ‘건반 위의 진화론자’라는 음악계의 평을 얻으며, 최정상의 피아니스트에서 지휘자로 영역을 넓히며 한국 음악계를 이끌어가고 있는 김대진 한국예술종합학교 총장이 객원지휘자로서 지휘를 맡는다.
‘2021 부조니 국제 피아노 콩쿠르’ 우승자이자 4개의 특별상을 함께 휩쓸며, 5관왕에 오른 피아니스트 박재홍이 협연을 맡았다. 그는 ‘국제 영아티스트 피아노 콩쿠르’와 ‘지나 바카우어 국제 영 아티스트 피아노 콩쿠르’ 등에서도 우승을 차지하며 세계무대에서 활발한 연주 활동을 이어가고 있다.
