군포의왕교육지원청이 산본중학교(교장, 이관한)가 지난 7월 18일 2학년 학생을 대상으로 인공지능(AI) 부트 캠프를 운영했다고 밝혔다.
이번 부트 캠프는 산본중학교가 주최하고 사단법인 미래직업협회(대표 박창룡)가 주관해 총 4교시로 진행됐다.
이번 캠프를 통해 학생들은 빠르게 변화하는 미래사회를 상상해 보고 진로 방향에 대해 생각해보며 목표 의식을 다지는 계기가 됐다.
1교시는 미래직업 특강으로 AI·메타버스의 트렌드와 과학기술 발달로 인한 직업 세계 변화를 이해하고, 주요 과학기술 분야의 전망 인식을 통해 진로에 대한 관심을 고취시켰다. 2~3교시는 미래사회의 핵심 기술인 AI의 원리와 활용에 대해 AI 워크북과 스마트기기를 활용하여 알아보고, 간단한 콘텐츠를 제작해 보는 시간을 가졌다. 4교시는 메타버스 플랫폼, 제페토(ZEPETO)에 체험 위주로 친구들과 흥미롭게 참여했다.

이관한 교장은 “디지털 대전환의 시대에 우리 학생들에게 꼭 필요한 핵심 역량인 디지털 기초 소양을 모든 학생이 함양할 수 있도록 다양한 교육과정을 운영하고 있다”며, “과학기술과 미래사회에 관심을 가지고 진로 디자인 역량을 강화할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
산본중학교는 경기도교육청 디지털 창의역량 교육 실천 학교로 선정돼 AI 융합 교육 및 AI·디지털 활용 수업을 통한 다양한 교육을 하고자 노력하며, 교원 및 학부모 역량 강화 연수, 디지털 창의역량 전학공 등을 내실 있게 운영하고 있다.

The Gunpo Uiwang Office of Education announced that Sanbon Middle School (Principal, Kwan-Han Lee) ran an artificial intelligence (AI) boot camp for second-year students on July 18.
This boot camp was hosted by Sanbon Middle School and supervised by the Association of Future Jobs (CEO Park Chang-ryong), and consisted of a total of 4 classes.
This camp provided an opportunity for students to imagine a fast-changing future society, think about their career path, and strengthen their sense of purpose.
The first class was a special lecture on future jobs, which helped to understand trends in AI and the metaverse and changes in the job world due to the development of science and technology, and aroused interest in careers by recognizing the prospects of major science and technology fields. In the 2nd and 3rd classes, students learned about the principles and applications of AI, a key technology of the future society, using AI workbooks and smart devices, and had time to create simple contents. In the 4th class, I participated in the metaverse platform, ZEPETO, with friends interestingly focusing on experiences.
Principal Lee Kwan-han said, “We are operating various curriculums so that all students can cultivate basic digital literacy, which is a core competency essential for our students in the era of great digital transformation.”
Sanbon Middle School was selected as a digital creative competency education practice school by the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, and strives to provide various education through AI convergence education and AI/digital utilization classes.
