브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 올해 상반기 대기업 신입 취업에 성공한 신입사원 중 자격증과 영어 시험점수 보유자는 많은 반면, 인턴십 경험과 공모전 수상 경험자는 상대적으로 적은 것으로 나타났다.
28일 잡코리아에 따르면 올해 상반기 대기업 신입직 취업에 성공한 4년대졸 학력의 신입사원 ‘합격 스펙’을 분석한 결과, 신입사원의 평균 졸업학점은 3.8점(4.5점 만점)으로 집계됐다.
토익 시험 성적을 보유한 이들은 전체의 60.4%였고, 이들의 토익 점수는 평균 839점이었다. 영어 말하기 시험 점수 보유자도 전체 응답자 중 67.9%로 과반수 이상으로 많아, 영어 실력 검증을 위한 어학 점수 보유자가 많은 것으로 나타났다.
전체 응답자 중 자격증 보유자도 72.1%로 많았다, 상반기 신입직 취업 성공자 10명중 7명이 자격증을 보유한 것. 이들이 보유한 자격증 중에는 전공분야 전문 자격증부터 컴퓨터활용능력, 워드프로세서 등 OA자격증까지 종류가 다양했다.
반면, 인턴십이나 공모전 수상 등 대외활동 경험자 비율은 상대적으로 낮았다. ‘인턴십 경험자 비율’은 전체의 43.0%로 조사됐고, 공모전 수상 경험자 비율도 17.2%로 5명중 약 1명 수준에 그쳤다. 제2외국어 시험 점수 보유자 비율도 10.9%로 높지 않은 수준으로 조사됐다.
