‘경기교원심포니오케스트라’가 제2회 정기연주회’를 개최했다.
‘경기교원심포니오케스트라’는 경기도에 근무하는 유·초·중·고 교직원, 교육전문직원 등 70여명으로 구성된 예술단체로 악기 연주에 열정과 관심을 가지고 다양한 음악 활동을 통하여 교직원의 음악적인 소양과 풍부한 예술적 감수성 신장 및 힐링, 문화예술교육 발전에 이바지하며 나아가 사회 공헌을 목적으로 지난 2021년 12월에 창단됐다.
‘경기교원심포니오케스트라 제2회 정기연주회’는 군포의왕교육지원청(교육장 성정현)과 경기교원심포니오케스트라(지휘 안종희) 주최·주관, 경기도교육청 후원으로 2023년 9월 23일 군포문화예술회관 수리홀에서 개최됐다.
이날 경기교원심포니오케스트라는 대중들에게 익숙한 영화음악 속에 삽입된 클래식과 영화 OST를 중심으로 ‘피가로의 결혼 서곡’, ‘모차르트 클라리넷 협주곡’, ‘미션 임파서블 OST’, ‘태극기 휘날리며 OST’, ‘오페라의 유령 메들리’, ‘캐리비안의 해적 OST’, ‘시네마 천국 OST’ 등을 연주했다.
이번 연주는 드보르자크 ‘신세계 교향곡’뿐만 아니라 영화음악을 중심으로 지휘자의 해설을 통해 관객들과 교감하며 함께 즐기는 연주회로 진행됐다.
연주회를 관람한 경기도교육청 김송미 제2부교육감은 “교육청 산하에 교직원을 위한 경기교원심포니오케스트라가 있어서 자랑스럽다”며, “아마추어 연주가 아니라 프로 연주회로 착각할 만큼 훌륭한 연주를 보여주신 오케스트라 단원들에게 아낌없는 박수를 보낸다”고 말했다.
