브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 넥슨컴퍼니가 오는 18일까지 2023년 채용형 인턴십 ‘넥토리얼’ 지원자를 모집한다. 이번 인턴십에는 넥슨코리아, 넥슨게임즈, 네오플 등 3개 법인이 참여한다.
모집 부문은 △게임프로그래밍 △게임기획 △게임아트 △게임사업 △해외사업 △엔지니어 △분석가 △정보보안 △프로덕션 △경영지원 등 10개 부문이며, 모집 인원은 세 자릿수 규모다.
올해로 3회째 진행되는 ‘넥토리얼’은 직무역량 교육, 네트워킹, 멘토링, 실무 경험을 결합한 넥슨의 맞춤 성장 인턴십 프로그램으로, 충분한 실무 경험을 쌓으며 넥슨의 기업문화와 직무별 역할을 체험할 수 있는 기간을 제공하고자 총 6개월 간 진행된다.
근무기간 동안 정규직 직원과 동일한 수준의 급여 및 복지를 제공하며, 능력과 자질이 검증된 인재는 별도 인원 제한 없이 모두 정직원으로 전환한다. 지난 2년간 실시한 넥토리얼 인턴십은 모두 90% 이상의 높은 정직원 전환율을 기록했다.
이번 인턴십에는 게임과 게임산업에 관심이 있는 기졸업자 혹은 2024년 2월 졸업예정자로 인턴십 기간 동안 풀타임 근무가 가능한 사람은 누구나 지원할 수 있다.
