고양특례시는 지난 11월 22일부터 1월 11일까지 지역아동센터, 다함께돌봄센터 등 아동복지시설 36개소를 대상으로 동절기 안전점검을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
아동복지시설 안전점검은 ‘사회복지사업법’관련 규정에 따라 매년 반기별로 실시하고 있다.
이번 점검은 각 시설장 책임 하에 자체점검 후, 조사가 필요하다고 판단되는 15%이상 시설에 대해 시에서 현장점검을 하는 방식으로 진행됐다.

△동절기 폭설·한파 대비태세 △소방·전기·화재 시설물 안전 △빈대확인 및 예방체크리스트 등을 점검했으며, 고양시 자체적으로 △화장실 불법촬영카메라 점검 항목을 추가하여 방학 중 이용시간이 많은 시설 내 화장실의 안전 여부도 체크했다.
점검 결과 위험요인은 즉시 시정조치하고, 보수가 필요한 경우 신속히 개선할 것을 지도했다.
