세종시교육청이 22일 오전에 본청 상황실에서 최교진 교육감 등 교육청 모든 간부가 참석한 가운데 교육청 재난 안전 관리체계를 점검하고 발전 방향 등을 모색하기 위한 재난 안전 사례발표를 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 사례발표는 재난 및 안전사고 발생에 대비하여 세종시교육청 직원의 재난 안전 역량을 키우고자 마련되었다.
최근, 지구촌 이상기후 증가, 재난 및 안전사고 유형 다양화, 대규모 안전사고 발생 등으로 인해 현대 사회는 우리 사회 구성원 모두가 안전에 대한 경각심을 일깨워야 할 시기다.
이에 세종시교육청은 지난 10년간 전국에서 발생했던 재난 및 안전사고 사례 살펴보기 ,주요 재난 및 안전사고 대응 과정 ,주요 성과 확인 및 개선 방안 검토 등의 내용으로 회의를 진행했다.
또한, 세종시교육청 관계자들은 자연재난, 사회재난, 기타 안전사고 등 실제 세종시교육청에서 발생한 여러 사고 유형의 대응 과정을 함께 살펴보며 향후 개선사항에 대한 심도 있는 토의도 실시했다.
향후, 세종시교육청은 이번 사례발표에 관한 결과 중 주요 개선사항 등을 세종시교육청 재난 안전 편람에 반영하는 등 재난안전사고 대응을 위한 체계를 지속해서 점검하고 운영해 나갈 방침이다.
