고양특례시는 지난 8일 시민이 행복한 적극행정의 선도 도시를 만들기 위해 ‘2024년 적극행정 실행계획’을 수립했다고 밝혔다.
지난 8일 열린 ‘2024년 제1회 고양시 적극행정위원회’에서는 ‘2024년 고양시 적극행정 실행계획’ 및 ‘2024 고양시 적극행정 중점과제’를 안건으로 상정해 위원회 심의.의결로 최종 확정했다.
실행계획으로 ▲지자체장이 선도하는 적극행정 문화 조성 ▲적극행정 공무원 우대 강화 ▲적극행정 공무원 보호·지원 확대 ▲소극행정 예방 및 혁파 ▲적극행정 참여·소통 강화 등 5개 분야 17개 등 다양한 과제를 선정했으며, 시는 이를 바탕으로 올해 적극행정을 추진할 예정이다.

특히 지방 공공기관의 적극행정 문화 확산을 위한‘공공기관 적극행정 활성화 지원’과 칸막이식 행정 처리를 지양하고 부서와 기관 간 협업을 지원하기 위한 ‘적극행정위원회 합동회의’등을 새로운 실행계획에 포함시켰다.
이와 더불어 신규 과제인‘찾아가는 적극행정 컨설팅’은 기존 적극행정위원회 의견제시, 사전컨설팅 제도와 함께 적극행정을 추진하는 공무원을 지원하게 된다.
