신용보증기금이 성실한 상환자의 재창업 지원 강화를 위해 신용회복위원회와 업무협약을 맺었다.
신용보증기금(이사장 최원목)이 8월 30일 신용회복위원회(위원장 이재연)와 ‘재창업 지원(성실 상환자) 특례보증 협력 업무협약’을 체결했다고 8월 30일 밝혔다.
신용보증기금에 따르면 이번 협약은 신보가 지난 6월 시행한 재창업 지원 특례보증을 활성화하기 위해 마련됐다. 협약에 따라 신용회복위원회는 성실 상환자 중 지속성장 가능성이 있는 재창업 기업을 발굴해 추천하고 신용보증기금은 심사를 통해 특례보증을 지원할 계획이다.
‘성실 상환자’는 실패를 경험한 후 신용회복위원회의 채무조정을 통해 신용보증기금 채무를 1년 이상 꾸준히 상환하고 있는 사람을 말한다. 채무조정 중에 상환유예를 신청했더라도 유예기간 종료 후 1년 이상 성실히 상환하고 있다면 성실 상환자로 인정한다.
이번 특례보증은 보증비율 90%와 고정보증료율 1%를 적용하며, 전국 15개 재기지원단에서 자세한 상담을 받을 수 있다.
신용보증기금 관계자는 “이번 협약을 토대로 재창업 지원제도를 적극 홍보하고 금융지원이 절실한 재창업 기업을 지속 발굴할 계획”이라며 “앞으로 재창업 활성화를 적극 뒷받침해 성실경영 문화를 만들어 나가겠다”고 말했다.

The Credit Guarantee Fund (Chairman Choi Won-mok) announced on August 30 that it signed a business agreement with the Credit Recovery Committee (Chairman Lee Jae-yeon) on August 30 to cooperate on special guarantees for restarting companies (sincere repayers).
According to the Credit Guarantee Fund, the agreement is designed to revitalize the special guarantee for restart support that Shinbo implemented in June. Under the agreement, the Credit Recovery Committee will identify and recommend restarted companies with potential for sustainable growth among sincere repayers, and the Credit Guarantee Fund will support the special guarantee through screening.
A “sincere repayer” is a person who has been steadily repaying the credit guarantee fund debt for more than one year through debt restructuring by the Credit Recovery Committee after experiencing failure. Even if you applied for a repayment moratorium during the debt restructuring, you will be recognized as a diligent repayer if you have been diligently repaying for more than one year after the end of the moratorium.
The special guarantee has a 90 percent guarantee ratio and a fixed premium rate of 1 percent, and detailed counseling is available at 15 recovery support centers nationwide.
