경기도교육청 직접지급 교육공무직원 급여업무 2026년 전직종 확대

경기도교육청(교육감 임태희)이 교육공무직원 급여업무 개선을 위해 교육지원청 직접 지급 직종을 2025년 10개 직종, 2026년 학교 급식비 중 인건비 전액 부담에 따라 조리 직종 포함, 전 직종으로 확대하고, 교육공무직원 확정급여형 퇴직금(DB) 본청 통합을 전 직종으로 확대한다. 경기도교육청은 이를 위해 사업부서별로 산재한 교육공무직원 인건비 예산을 노사협력과에서 전체 편성해 집행할 계획이다.
