[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시미래인재장학재단은 제3대 이사장에 노은식 현 김해상공회의소 회장을 선임했다고 25일 밝혔다.

재단은 지난 21일 김해시청 회의실에서 제9차 이사회를 열어 임기 만료에 따라 신규 임원 6명을 선임하고 신임 이사장을 선출했다.

또 재단 이사의 정수를 기존 15명에서 18명으로 3명을 더 늘리는 안건을 의결해 감사 2명과 함께 총 20명의 임원이 장학재단 활성화를 위해 다양한 활동을 하게 된다.

노은식 신임 이사장은 주촌면 소재 디케이락(주) 대표이사로서 김해상공회의소 회장, 한국무역협회 경남기업협의회장, 코스닥협회 부회장으로 재임 중이다.
