[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 2024년 한 해 동안 뛰어난 소통력과 경쟁력으로 성과 높은 공직문화 형성에 기여한 ‘2024 올해의 최고팀’을 선정해 '교통혁신과 교통지도팀'을 최우수팀으로 선정했다고 2일 밝혔다.

시는 소통협력 부문 3팀, 성과혁신 부문 3팀 총 6팀을 선정했으며 지난 11월 1일부터 8일간 시청 전 부서와 읍면동 387팀을 대상으로 접수를 받아 심사를 진행했다.

21팀이 참여해 1차 서면심사, 2차 발표심사를 거쳐 소통협력 부문 △최우수 교통혁신과 교통지도팀 △우수 장유1동 총무팀 △장려 보건관리과 및 서부보건관리과 보건행정팀, 성과혁신 부문 △최우수 전국체전추진단 체전기획·운영·시설팀 △우수 민생경제과 소상공인팀 △장려 내외동 도시관리팀이 선정됐다.

소통협력 부문 최우수팀에 선정된 교통혁신과 교통지도팀은 2024 전국(장애인)체전 개·폐회식 당시 관계기관과의 긴밀한 소통·협력, 시민들의 적극 협조 속에 안전 체전으로 이끌어 높은 점수를 받았다.

성과혁신 부문 최우수팀인 전국체전추진단 체전기획·운영·시설팀은 철저한 준비를 바탕으로 대내외 맞춤형 홍보, 원활한 경기 운영 지원 등으로 체전 성공 개최에 이바지했다.

시 관계자는 “우수사례를 전 직원과 공유해 맡은 자리에서 묵묵히 최선을 다해 일하는 공직자들의 자긍심을 높일 수 있도록 하고 앞으로도 우수한 팀들을 발굴해 시민들에게 신뢰받는 건강한 조직문화를 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.
