브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행이 어버이날을 맞아 독거노인 등 취약 고령층 어르신들의 건강 증진과 감사의 마음을 전하기 위한 사회공헌 활동을 펼쳤다.
KB국민은행 임직원들은 서울 관악노인종합복지관을 방문, 시설 내 어르신들을 위해 준비한 삼계탕과 컵과일을 대접하고, 감사의 마음을 담아 ‘카네이션 브로치’를 전달했다.

어린이날에는 지역아동센터에 행복 가득한 장난감 세트를 지원한데 이어, 나폴리맛피아와 함께 조손 가정 아동들을 대상으로 식사를 지원하고, 신입 장애대학생에게 노트북을 전달하는 등 다양한 사회공헌 활동을 전개하고 있다.
한편, KB금융공익재단은 어버이날을 맞아 순직·공상 공무원 자녀 150여 명에게 부모님의 헌신에 대한 감사와 자녀들의 미래를 응원하는 마음을 담아 기념품과 격려 편지를 전달했다.
