【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=영진전문대학교(총장 최재영) 인테리어디자인과가 일본 후쿠오카와 사가현 일대에서 진행한 ‘2025년 글로벌 현장학습’을 성료했다고 11일 밝혔다.
이번 연수는 일본 건축·인테리어 분야의 선진 현장을 견학하고 교육 교류를 통해 글로벌 감각과 실무 역량을 강화하는 것을 목표로 했다.
연수는 지난 4일부터 9일까지 6일간 진행됐다. 인테리어디자인과 2학년 재학생 9명이 이동찬 교수의 인솔 아래 일본의 대표 건축물과 인테리어디자인 교육기관을 방문했다.
주요 일정으로는 CNN 선정 세계 10대 하늘정원 ‘아크로스 후쿠오카(Acros Fukuoka)’, 세계적 건축가 알도 로시가 설계한 호텔 ‘일 팔라쪼(Il Palazzo)’, 목재 인테리어로 유명한 ‘사가현 다케오시립도서관’ 등이 포함됐다.
첫날에는 후쿠오카의 ‘삼각스케일 건축사무소’를 찾아 대표 건축가의 특강과 설계작품 견학을 통해 실내건축 실무 현장을 체험했다.
5일 차에는 ‘아소 건축&디자인 전문학교’를 방문해 일본 학생들의 작품을 살펴보고 교육 커리큘럼을 비교 분석하며 한일 실내건축 문화의 차이를 이해하는 시간을 가졌다.
권나연 학생은 “국내에서 배운 내용과 일본 대학의 학생작품을 비교하며 두 나라의 실내건축 문화 차이를 느낄 수 있었다”며 “앞으로의 학습 방향에 중요한 지표를 얻었다”고 말했다.
권기태 인테리어디자인과 학과장은 “이번 글로벌 현장학습은 학생들이 실내건축·인테리어 분야 전문가로 성장하는 발판이 됐다”며 “국제적 감각과 안목을 두루 갖춘 인재들이 K-인테리어를 이끄는 리더로 자리매김할 수 있도록 교육과 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.

The Department of Interior Design at Yeungjin College (President Jae-young Choi) announced on the 11th that it has successfully completed its "2025 Global Field Study" program in Fukuoka and Saga Prefecture, Japan.
The program aimed to strengthen global awareness and practical skills through visits to advanced Japanese architecture and interior design sites and educational exchanges.
The six-day program ran from the 4th to the 9th. Nine second-year students in the Department of Interior Design, guided by Professor Lee Dong-chan, visited Japan's leading architectural landmarks and interior design educational institutions.
Highlights included visits to Acros Fukuoka, one of CNN's top 10 sky gardens; Il Palazzo, a hotel designed by world-renowned architect Aldo Rossi; and the Takeo City Library in Saga Prefecture, renowned for its wooden interiors.
On the first day, the students visited the Triangle Scale Architects office in Fukuoka, where they experienced the practical aspects of interior architecture through a special lecture by the lead architect and a tour of their design works.
On the fifth day, they visited the Aso Architecture & Design College, where they observed the work of Japanese students, compared and analyzed the curriculum, and gained insight into the differences between Korean and Japanese interior architecture cultures.
Student Kwon Na-yeon said, "Comparing what I learned in Korea with the work of students at Japanese universities allowed me to appreciate the differences in interior architecture culture between the two countries. This provided valuable guidance for my future studies."
Kwon Ki-tae, Head of the Interior Design Department, stated, "This global field trip served as a foundation for the students' growth as experts in the fields of interior architecture and interior design. We will spare no effort in providing education and support so that these talented individuals, equipped with international perspectives and discerning minds, can establish themselves as leaders in K-interior."
