청년들이 자유롭게 모여 소통하고 역량을 키울 수 있는 복합공간 '달성청년마당'은 연면적 101.25㎡ 규모로 달성이룸캠프 4층에 조성됐다. 내부는 스터디 존, 이노베이션 존, 크리에이티브 존으로 구성돼 있으며, 청년들이 자기계발과 문화·여가 활동, 네트워킹을 한 공간에서 경험할 수 있도록 설계됐다.
퍼스널 컬러 진단 같은 원데이 클래스, 다양한 주제의 청년 소통 공감 토크콘서트, 취업과 진로 준비에 도움을 주는 취업준비 강좌 등 청년 맞춤형 프로그램이 운영된다. 이를 통해 달성군은 지역 청년들의 역량을 강화하고 활발한 교류와 협력을 촉진할 계획이다.
이번 개관은 단순한 공간 제공을 넘어 달성청년혁신센터의 기존 창업 중심 프로그램을 문화·생활·커뮤니티 기반 청년 활동과 연계하는 종합 지원체계로 확장한 점에서 의미가 크다.
