[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 국립창원대학교가 우주항공 수도를 꿈꾸는 사천시에 '우주항공캠퍼스'를 짓고 미래 우주항공산업을 이끌어갈 핵심 인재 양성에 나선다.
양기관은 2일 사천시청에서 박민원 창원대 총장과 박동식 사천시장이 참석한 가운데 간담회를 열고, 캠퍼스 건립을 위한 구체적인 협력 방안을 논의했다.
이번 캠퍼스는 사천시가 용현면 통양리 일원 약 4만 7천㎡(46,935㎡) 부지를 제공하고, 창원대학교는 국비 확보를 통해 단계적으로 건설하는 방식으로 추진된다.
