경기도파주교육지원청이 11월 1일 고교학점제의 안정적 운영을 위한 진로·학업 설계 지도 역량강화 연수를 운영했다.

이번 연수는 고교학점제 전반에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 진로·학업 설계 지도의 전문 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련되었다.
지난 5월에 이어 올해 두 번째로 운영된 연수 프로그램은 고교학점제 전반의 이해, 진로 및 학업 설계 지도의 이해와 상담의 실제, 변화하는 대입 제도의 이해 등으로 구성되었다.
연수에 참여한 A교사는 “진로·학업 설계 상담 실습을 바탕으로 연수를 들어 학생 상담 시 실질적으로 도움이 되는 유익한 연수였다”고 소감을 말했다.
파주교육지원청 전선아 교육장은 “고등학교에서의 진로 및 학업 설계 지도는 고교학점제 운영의 핵심 과제 중의 하나”라고 강조하며 교사 전문 역량 강화를 위해 지원을 계속하겠다고 밝혔다.
