2025년 한 해 동안 꽃을 사랑해 준 고양시민들에게 감사한 마음을 전하는 화훼 문화행사 ‘메리 플라워, 땡큐 고양!(Merry Flower, Thank you GOYANG!)’이 오는 12월 2일 고양꽃전시관 플라워북카페에서 개최된다.

한국화훼농협이 주최하고 고양국제박람회재단이 후원하는 이번 행사에서는 연말 분위기를 더하는 따뜻한 감성 프로그램과 2026고양국제꽃박람회의 성공적인 개최를 기원하는 점등 퍼포먼스가 함께 진행될 예정이다.
어린이부터 성인까지 참여할 수 있는 원데이클래스에서는 참가자들이 겨울꽃과 식물을 활용해 크리스마스 트리를 직접 제작하며 특별한 연말의 추억을 만들 수 있다.
또한 고양꽃전시관 야외 사계테마정원에는 야간 경관조명이 설치돼 주변을 화려하게 밝히며 방문객들에게 겨울철 볼거리를 제공할 예정이다.
행사의 하이라이트는 ‘2026고양국제꽃박람회 성공 기원 점등식’이다. 점등식은 시민과 내빈이 함께 참여하는 퍼포먼스 형식으로 진행된다.
