옥천군, 로컬푸드 요리교실 오는 20일 운영

이번 교육은 옥천군 제철 농산물을 활용해 가정에서도 쉽게 실천할 수 있는 건강 식단을 배우는 프로그램으로, 지역 농산물의 우수성과 가치를 알리기 위해 마련됐다. 참가자들은 로컬푸드 직매장 농산물을 활용한 조리 실습을 통해 생산자와 소비자가 함께하는 지역 먹거리의 의미를 체감하게 된다.

특히 제철 식재료 활용법과 저염 조리법을 함께 익혀 일상 속에서 건강한 식습관을 실천할 수 있도록 돕는다. 프로그램은 취나물 쌈밥과 저염 된장 만들기 등 실생활에 바로 적용 가능한 메뉴로 구성됐다.

교육은 옥천군 농업기술센터 3층 가공교육장에서 진행되며, 참가비는 무료이다. 모집 인원은 선착순 20명이다.
