【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=제천시는 국토교통부 공모사업으로 추진된 ‘청전동 생활밀착형 도시재생 스마트기술 지원사업’을 준공했다고 밝혔다.
시는 청전동 142-5 일원에 총 8억 원(국비 4억 8천만 원, 도비 8천만 원, 시비 2억 4천만 원)을 투입해 쾌적하고 안전한 동네 조성을 위한 스마트기술을 도입했다.
쓰레기 분리수거장과 스마트폴에는 인공지능(AI) 영상 기반의 ‘스마트 양심 거울’을 설치해 쓰레기 불법투기를 실시간으로 감시하고, 투기자가 스스로 잘못된 행위를 인식함으로써 자발적으로 행동을 개선할 수 있도록 했다. 이를 통해 골목을 깨끗하게 유지하고 쾌적한 동네를 만들 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
