운영계획(안)에 따르면 교육은 학기제 또는 분기별 운영 방식으로 추진되며, 과정은 농업/일반 과정으로 분리하되 공통 교과는 통합 운영하는 방식으로 내실을 다질 계획이다. 농업 창업 과정과 일반 창업 과정을 각각 운영하고, 사업계획서 작성, 창업자금·회계 교육, 지역 정착 컨설팅 등 공동교육도 함께 편성할 예정이다.
