여주시의회, 제80회 임시회 폐회

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=여주 이현준기자] 여주시의회는 3월 16일부터 24일까지 9일간 진행된 제80회 임시회 일정을 모두 마무리했다.

이번 임시회에서는 의원 발의 조례안 16건과 집행부 제출 조례안 14건 및 동의안 4건과 2026년도 제1차 추가경정예산안 등 총 49건의 안건을 심의하고 의결했다.

조례등심사특별위원회는 총 33건의 조례안과 규칙안을 심사하여 원안 가결 24건과 수정 가결 7건 및 철회와 보류 각 1건으로 최종 의결했다. 공유재산관리계획심사특별위원회는 강천섬 수변공원 조성 사업이 포함된 2026년도 제1차 공유재산 관리 계획 변경안을 42억 원 규모의 원안으로 의결했다.

예산결산특별위원회는 기정 예산 대비 335억 원이 증액된 2026년도 제1회 추가경정예산안을 심사했다. 주요 사업으로는 강천체육공원 개보수와 LPG 소형 저장탱크 보급 사업 및 신재생에너지 융복합 지원 사업 등이 포함됐으며 예산안은 원안대로 통과됐다.

한편 이번 제2차 본회의에서는 여주시장이 제출한 음주운전 예방과 근절에 관한 조례안 및 위생업소 등 지원에 관한 조례안에 대한 재의 요구안이 상정됐다. 표결 결과 두 안건 모두 출석 의원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성을 얻지 못해 최종 부결됐다.
