이어 “그중에서도 불법 음란 합성물을 제작∙유포∙소지하는 행위는 아티스트를 성적으로 모욕하고 조롱함으로써 큰 수치심을 주는 악의적 범행일 뿐만 아니라, 정교한 합성으로 아티스트 본인이라는 오해를 불러일으켜 심각한 명예훼손과 이미지 실추로 이어질 수 있는 중범죄”라며 “당사는 관련 증거수집, 고소장 제출 등 수사기관에 지속 협조하고 있고, 재판부에도 적극적으로 엄벌을 탄원하고 있다”고 밝혔다.
