조원진 우리공화당 대통령선거 후보가 선거관리위원회에 대해 여론조사 발표금지 가처분 신청 등 고발을 검토 중이라고 밝혔다.
19일 대구경북인터넷기자협회와 인터뷰를 진행한 조원진 후보는 “우리공화당이 당원 수나 재정 규모, 무엇을 보더라도 제3의 정당임이 분명한데도 여론조사에는 아예 포함도 시키지 않고 있다”고 주장했다.

그러면서 그는 “당원 수 뿐만 아니라 대선 후보 지지율로 따지더라도 제가 김동연 후보보다 더 나오는데 저를 제외하고 여론조사를 하는 것은 불공정하다”며 “이에 대해 당에서는 법적인 문제를 비롯하여 기타 할 수 있는 모든 부분에 조치를 다하려고 하고 있다.”고 설명했다.
아울러 조원진 후보는 “빠른 시일 안에 대응 할 것”이라면서 “지난 17일 당 내부에서 논의를 통해 결론을 내렸고 변호사들이 이와 관련해 준비하고 있다.”고 전했다.
