대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) IPP사업단(단장 조성제)이 수료식 및 성과발표회를 개최했다.
대구한의대 IPP사업단은 지난 14일 호텔수성(수성스퀘어)에서 2021년 IPP형 일학습병행 사업에 참여한 학생들을 대상으로 수료식 및 성과발표회를 실시했다.

이번 수료식 및 성과발표는 코로나19로 인하여 장기현장실습과 IPP형 일학습병행을 이수한 학생들만 참석한 가운데 진행되었다.
수기공모에는 IPP형 일학습병행 사업에 참여한 학생들을 대상으로 1차 서면심사를 거쳐 선발된 6명의 학생들이 현장에서 발표를 진행했고 이를 통해 대상, 최우수상, 우수상을 선정해 시상 했다.
수기공모전 대상은 람정제주개발에서 IPP 장기현장실습을 이수한 항공서비스학전공 방민영(3학년)학생이 수상했다.
IPP사업단 조성제 단장은“IPP형 일학습병행 사업을 기반으로 진로 및 실무경험을 고민하는 학생들에게 산업현장의 실무경험을 습득하고 취업역량을 강화시켜 기업과 대학의 인력 수급 미스매치 해소와 청년 취업에 앞장서고 있으며, 앞으로도 모두 만족할 수 있는 사업을 이루도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

Director Seong-jae Seong of the IPP Project Team said, “Based on the IPP-type work-study parallel project, students who are thinking about their career path and practical experience will acquire practical experience in the industrial field and strengthen their employment competency to help resolve the mismatch between the supply and demand of manpower between companies and universities and help young people find employment.
