대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈)이 제62회 간호사 국가고시에서 간호학과 4학년 졸업예정자 102명이 전원 합격했다는 소식을 전했다.
대구한의대 간호학과는 간호시뮬레이션 실습실을 구축하여 통합간호실습에서 간호 시뮬레이션 수업을 운영해 임상역량 및 전인간호를 할 수 있는 역량을 강화하고 있으며, 한방간호학 및 한방간호학 실습을 통하여 고령 사회에 대비하여 노인의 건강 및 만성질환을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 특성화 교육과정을 통해 학부 중심의 학생 밀착형 교육이 강점이라고 밝혔다.

또한 국제교류 프로그램을 바탕으로 변화하는 의료 환경에 민감하게 대처할 수 있는 글로벌 역량을 갖출 수 있도록 한 노력은 졸업생 전원이 국가고시에 합격하는 쾌거를 이루는 바탕이 되었다고 전했다.
특히, 이번 국가고시에서 전원 합격한 4학년들은 서울아산병원, 분당서울대학교병원, 세브란스병원 등의 서울·경기권과 경북대학교 병원, 영남대학교 의료원 등의 대구·경북권 등 우리나라 선진의료기술을 자랑하는 유수 대학병원이나 지역거점병원 등에 취업이 확정된 상태이다.
정영미 학과장은 “학습성과 기반의 체계적인 교육과정과 철저한 학사관리 및 평생멘토시스템을 통해 높은 국가시험 합격률 및 취업률을 유지하는 것이 우리 학과의 강점이다. 앞으로 대구한의대 간호학과는 학생 수요자 중심에 맞는 맞춤형 교육 프로그램을 다양하게 시행하고 적극 지원하겠다고”고 말했다.
