박병석 국회의장과 국회 소속 공무원이 산불 피해 지원을 위한 의연금을 희망브리지에 전달했다.
희망브리지 전국재해구호협회(회장 송필호)에 따르면 박병석 국회의장 등 국회 소속 공무원들이 20일 서울 여의도 국회접견실에서 ‘경북 강원 등 산불피해 의연금 전달식'을 진행해 5000만원의 의연금을 전달했다.
이날 전달식에는 박병석 국회의장과 이춘석 국회사무총장, 김병관 의장비서실장 등을 비롯해 희망브리지 송필호 회장과 김정희 사무총장 등이 자리를 함께 했다.
박병석 국회의장은 "나눔은 여름에는 부채와 같고 겨울에는 난로와 같은 것"이라며 "환난구휼이라는 우리의 따뜻한 전통이 있는데, 국회의 작은 모금이 이재민의 재기에 도움과 응원이 됐으면 좋겠다"고 피해 지원에 대한 바람을 전했다.
