브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 스타벅스 코리아가 12일부터 29일까지 중소벤처기업부, 소상공인시장진흥공단과 함께 2022년도 하반기 ‘리스타트 지원 프로그램’ 교육생을 모집한다.
‘리스타트지원 프로그램’은 2020년 스타벅스가 중소벤처기업부와 맺은 13호 자상한 기업 업무 협약 관련 상생 프로그램의 일환으로, 스타벅스의 전문적인 바리스타 교육 및 운영 노하우 전수 등을 통해 중년층 소상공인의 재기를 위한 취업이나 카페 재창업을 지원하는 프로그램이다.
서울과 부산 지역에서 2020년부터 올해까지 진행된 스타벅스 리스타트 지원 프로그램에는 약 321명의 교육생이 참여, 스타벅스 사내 최고의 커피 전문가로 구성된 강사들을 통해 커피의 최신 트렌드와 지식, 효과적인 고객 서비스, 음료품질 및 위생관리, 매장 손익관리 등의 다양한 교육을 수강했다.
또한, 예비 창업자들이 카페나 외식업 창업 시 주의해야 할 사항 및 경험 부족으로 인한 어려움을 극복할 수 있도록 스타벅스 전문가들의 다양한 매장 운영 노하우 전수가 다뤄졌다. 이 중 83명의 교육 수료생은 별도의 선발과정을 거쳐 스타벅스 바리스타로 채용되기도 했다.
2022년 하반기 리스타트 지원 프로그램은 만 35세 이상 소상공인을 대상으로 서울과 부산에서 50명 내외 교육생을 선발하고, 소상공인의 매장 운영 특성을 고려해 대상자의 배우자까지 교육 대상에 포함해 운영할 계획이다.
전직장려수당 및 교육 수료자 대상 교육 수당 지급, 채용 합격자의 거주지를 고려한 스타벅스 매장 채용 지역 전국 확대 등 다양한 혜택을 새롭게 제공한다.
