파주시는 23일 ‘2022년 상반기 우수혁신동아리 시상식’을 개최하고 수상자들을 격려했다고 밝혔다.
혁신동아리는 파주시 공무원들이 직렬, 직급, 업무 분야에 상관없이 시정에 접목할 수 있는 창의적인 아이디어를 발굴하기 위한 자율적 조직이다.
올 상반기에는 ▲파주코안(坡州口岸) ▲바퀴달린 도시재생 ▲제안재생 동아리 ▲남북교류 연구동아리 ▲조동아리 ▲THE 생각모아 총 6개 동아리에 63명이 참여, 학습·토론, 벤치마킹 등 다양한 활동을 수행해왔다.

사전심사, 심사단심사, 직원 투표 결과를 합산해 총 4팀의 우수혁신동아리를 선정했으며, 지난 5월 말 지방세 개선 공모사업에서 전국 40개 동아리에 선정된 ‘파주코안’이 모든 심사에서 높은 점수를 받아 최우수 혁신동아리로 선정됐다.
우수혁신동아리로 선정된 동아리별 성과를 살펴보면, 파주코안(坡州口岸)은 경제상황 변동에 따른 지방세 부과의 불합리한 점을 찾아 개선방안을 연구했고, 바퀴달린 도시재생은 선진사례 연구를 통한 지속 가능한 사업 발굴로 ‘파주형 도시재생’의 토대를 마련했다.
제안재생 동아리는 시 홈페이지 이달의 문화행사 운영 개선 등을 제안했고, 파주시 공무원 남북교류 연구동아리는 ‘파주-개성’간 농업협력사업 세부추진계획의 필요성을 제시했다.
