국가철도공단, SOC 건설 공공기관과 법무분야 상생 교류회

SOC 건설 공공기관과 법무분야 상생협력을 위한 교류회가 8일 대청댐 물문화관에서 열렸다.

국가철도공단은 이날 한국수자원공사, 한국도로공사, 한국토지주택공사 등 3개 공공기관과 법무역량 제고를 위한 상생협력 교류회’를 갖고 협력에 나섰다.

이날 교류회에서 공단과 참여기관은 SOC 건설사업의 공사대금과 손해배상, 간접비, 재산 분야 등에서 발생한 소송 성공사례(BP)를 소개하고, 준법감시인제도 운영과 준법문화 실천 우수사례 등 기관별 준법경영 노하우를 공유하는 시간도 함께 가졌다.
