경기도가 올해부터 주거 취약계층이 적정한 거처로 이사할 수 있도록 최대 40만 원까지 이주비를 지원한다.
지원 가구 수는 4,090로 침수 우려가 있는 반지하나 쪽방, 고시원, 여인숙, 비닐하우스, 노숙인 시설, 컨테이너 등에서 3개월 이상 거주한 가구 중 국토교통부 훈령인 ‘주거취약계층 주거지원 업무처리지침’에 따라 입주 자격 기초조사(주택 상황, 자산, 소득 등) 및 입주자 선정 절차를 거쳐 공공임대주택으로 이주하도록 선정된 가구다.
주택도시보증공사(HUG)에서 올해 상반기 출시 예정인 무이자 대출 상품을 활용해 민간임대주택으로 이주하는 사람도 지원받을 수 있다.
지원 한도는 최대 40만 원으로 이사비와 이사 과정에서 구입한 생필품 구매만 인정되며, 중개수수료나 청소비, 식사비, 술, 담배, 의류, 사치품 등에 대한 구매는 지원에서 제외된다.
연중 수시로 신청 접수하며, 적정 주택 전입일 기준 3개월 이내 전입지 읍·면·동 주민센터에 방문 신청하면 된다. 전입일이 지난해 10월 1일부터 12월 31일에 해당하는 사람은 올해 3월 말까지 주민센터에 신청하면 소급해서 지원받을 수 있다. 주민센터 방문 시 이사비용 영수증 또는 생필품 구매 영수증 등을 지참해야 한다.
