청소년재단 이사장인 김경일 파주시장은 이 자리에서 손배찬 신임 대표이사에게 “안정적이고, 청소년재단 경영을 통해 전문적인 청소년 정책을 개발해달라”고 말했다.
이에 손배찬 대표이사는 “8만 5천 파주시 청소년의 행복과 건강한 성장 지원을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 취임 소감을 밝혔다.
손배찬 신임 대표이사는 파주시청소년재단 산하시설인 청소년문화의집, 청소년상담복지센터, 청소년자유공간과 오는 7월 개관 예정인 파주시청소년수련관을 총괄 운영하며, 파주시 청소년 정책의 방향을 종합적으로 개발, 점검해나갈 예정이다
손배찬 신임 대표이사는 동국대학교 행정학 석사과정을 졸업하고, 파주시의회 의원으로 당선되어, 제6대 파주시의회 의원, 제7대 전반기 파주시의회 의장을 지냈다.
