철도건설현장 중대재해 예방을 위한 업무협약이 26일 있었다.
이날 국가철도공단은 안전전문기관인 한국산업안전보건공단, 국토안전관리원과 ‘안전신호등’ 시스템 도입을 위한 업무협약을 갖고 안전 관리강화에 나섰다.
‘안전신호등’은 철도건설현장의 실시간 안전관리 상황판으로,안전관리 수준을 실시간으로 표출(적색-경계, 황색-주의, 녹색-정상)해 자발적 안전관리 활동을 유도하는 시스템이다.
협약으로 철도공단은 안전신호등 시스템을 철도건설현장에 도입해 안전보건공단은 근로자 안전 확보 분야를, 국토안전원은 시설물 안전 확보 분야를 각각 분기별로 컨설팅할 예정이다.
안전보건공단, 국토안전원 등 양 기관의 안전컨설팅 결과는 위험징후가 높은 현장은 ‘적색’, 보통인 현장은 ‘황색’, 낮은 현장은 ‘녹색’으로 철도공단 내부 안전관리시스템에 신호등 표시로 구현될 예정이다.
신호등 결과를 토대로 철도공단은 실시간 위험요인을 제거하고 안전조치 등을 시행해 중대재해 사전예방에 대한 안전관리를 시행하게 된다.
김한영 이사장은 “안전신호등 시스템을 철도건설현장에 조기 정착하여 사전안전 조치를 통해 중대재해 예방에 앞장서 나가도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
