안양시, 2023 주민자치위원 역량강화 워크숍 개최

안양시가 지난 5월 16일부터 17일 청풍 리조트에서 ‘2023 주민자치위원 역량강화 워크숍’을 개최했다.

이번 워크숍은 주민자치위원의 역량 강화 및 소통을 위한 자리로, 31개 동 67명의 주민자치위원이 참여했다.

워크숍에서는 강광민 강사가 ‘주민자치위원으로서의 소통과 기술’을 주제로, 조용갑 강사가 ‘스토리 콘서트’라는 제목으로 강의를 해 주민자치위원에게 필요한 소통·화합의 기술을 향상시켰다.

워크숍에 참석한 주민자치위원들은 각 동의 현안 사업과 애로사항들을 공유하고, 문제해결 방안을 함께 모색하는 시간도 가졌다.

아울러 그간의 노고를 위로하는 화합의 시간과 청평호, 제천한방바이오엑스포 방문 등 야외활동도 이어졌다.

최대호 안양시장은 환송 인사에서 “자치분권2.0 시대를 맞아 주민자치위원의 역할이 매우 중요하다”며, “앞으로도 주민자치가 잘 정착될 수 있도록 주민자치위원 대상 다양한 역량강화 교육을 확대해가겠다”고 말했다.

Anyang City held the ‘2023 Resident Autonomy Committee Capacity Building Workshop’ at Cheongpung Resort from May 16th to 17th.

This workshop was a place to strengthen the capacity and communication of residents' self-government committee members, and 67 residents' committee members from 31 dongs participated.

In the workshop, lecturer Kang Kwang-min gave a lecture on the theme of ‘Communication and Skills as a Resident Autonomy Committee Member’ and instructor Cho Yong-gap gave a lecture under the title of ‘Story Concert’ to improve the communication and harmony skills necessary for residents’ autonomy committee members.

Members of the resident autonomy committee members who attended the workshop shared pending projects and difficulties in each dong, and had time to seek solutions to the problems together.

In addition, outdoor activities such as a time of harmony to comfort the hard work and visits to Cheongpyeong Lake and the Jecheon Oriental Medicine Bio Expo continued.
