세종시의회 산업건설위원회는 22일 제83회 정례회 제1차 회의를 열어 ‘국회 세종의사당 설치를 위한 국회 운영규칙 제정 및 대통령 제2집무실 설치 촉구 결의안’ 1건을 심사하고, 23일에는 제2차 회의를 개최해 조례안 및 동의안 등 21건을 심사했다.
시의회에 따르면 산업건설위원회 위원들은 심도 있는 심사를 통해 '세종특별자치시 주차장 설치 및 관리 조례 일부개정조례안' 등 21건을 심사했다. 그 결과 15건을 원안 가결하고 5건을 수정 가결했으며 1건을 찬성 의견으로 의결했다.
먼저, 경제 분야에서는 SW융합클러스터, 과학벨트 네트워크 플랫폼, 세종 스마트 국가산업단지 조성사업에 대한 출자·출연 동의안을 심사했다.
또 농업 분야에서는 윤지성 위원이 '세종특별자치시 농촌인력난 해소를 위한 지원 조례안' 등을 발의해 농촌인력 부족 문제의 해소와 양봉산업 육성, 체계적인 로컬푸드 사업 시행 등을 위한 대책 수립과 지원에 대한 근거를 마련했다.
건설·도시 분야에서는 김광운 위원이 '세종특별자치시 지역건설산업 활성화 촉진에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안'을 발의해 지역건설산업 활성화 계획 수립 및 실태조사 강화를 통해 지역건설산업의 활성화에 기여하고자 했다.

환경 분야에서 폐기물 발생 억제 및 재활용과 재사용을 도모해 지속 가능한 자원순환 사회로 전환하고자 이순열 위원장이 발의한 '세종특별자치시 자원순환 기본 조례안'이 의결됐다.
끝으로 박란희 위원은 '세종특별자치시 환경친화적 자동차의 보급 촉진 및 이용 활성화에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안' 을 발의해 전기차 충전시설 화재 진압용 시설의 설치 비용 지원 근거를 마련했다.
이순열 산업건설위원장은 “이번 회기 중 의결된 산업건설위원회 소관 조례를 통해 도농 상생을 도모하고, 건축 행정 효율성을 제고하며, 탄소중립 사회로의 전환을 촉진할 수 있을 것이라고 기대한다. 집행부에서는 조례안 의결로 근거 규정이 마련된 각 분야 지원사항 등을 적극적으로 시행해 주기 바란다”고 당부했다.
