군포시 여성새로일하기센터, 구인·구직 만남의 날 개최

군포여성새로일하기센터가 지난 6월 7일 군포시청 2층 대회의실에서 ‘구인·구직 만남의 날’ 행사를 개최했다. 이날 행사는 구인난 해소와 고용시장 활성화를 위해 새일센터 직업교육훈련 산모&아이돌봄 전문가 양성과정 교육생 24명을 대상으로 실시됐다.

참여기업은 군포안양에스엠천사, 베베맘케어, 베베산모도우미, 사임당산후도우미, 군포해피케어, 아이행복베이비시터, 경기친정맘 등 7개 업체로 산모신생아건강관리사 및 베이비시터 등 2개 분야 교육생 24명을 채용하기 위해 현장 면접을 실시했다.

군포시는 행사 이후에도 군포여성새로일하기센터 운영을 통해 구직자와 구인 기업의 데이터를 지속적으로 관리하고, 사후관리사업 서비스를 통해 꾸준히 지원해 나갈 방침이다.

산모&아이돌봄전문가 양성과정은 5월 8일부터 6월 15일까지 총 27일 108시간 교육으로 산모신생아건강관리사와 아이돌보미 관련 취업을 희망하는 구직여성 24명을 대상으로 진행되고 있다. 양성과정에 참여하는 24명 전원이 지난 5월 26일 산모신생아건강관리사 시험을 통과해 현재 아이돌보미 교육을 이수하고 있다.

The event was held for 24 trainees in the Saeil Center vocational education and training maternity & child care specialist training course to resolve the labor shortage and revitalize the job market.

The participating companies are Gunpo Anyang SM Angel, Bebe Mom Care, Bebe Mother Helper, Saimdang Postpartum Helper, Gunpo Happy Care, I Happy Baby Sitter, and Gyeonggi Parent Mom. Conducted on-site interviews for recruitment.
