오는 2025년까지 세종지역 초3부터 고3까지 모든 학생들에게 1인 1디지털 학습 기기가 보급된다.
또 올해까지 150억원 투입해 태블릿 16,740대, 충전보관함 795대를 갖추기로 했다.
최교진 교육감은 26일 이같은 내용으로 하는 ‘디지털 전환교육 추진 계획’을 발표했다.
이날 발표한 ‘디지털 전환교육 추진 계획’을 보면 ▲디지털 교육 기반 조성 및 교육과정 지원▲디지털·AI교육 교원 역량 강화▲디지털·AI 학생 체험 프로그램 확대 운영 등 크게 3가지로 요약된다.
먼저 최 교육감은 "AI 디지털 교과서 도입을 앞두고 1인 1디지털 학습 기기 보급을 통한 교수·학습 환경을 구축해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.
이를 위해 오는 2025년까지 연차적으로 초3부터 고3까지 모든 학생들에게 디지털 학습 기기 보급을 추진한다.
올 하반기 추경 예산 150억을 들여 태블릿 16,740대, 충전보관함 795대를 설치할 계획이다.
최 교육감은 이날 브리핑에서 학습 기기 분실을 최소화하는 방안으로 레이저 각인 등을 적용하고, 보급된 기기는 졸업이나 전학시 반납을 통한 기기를 양품화해 재사용하기로 했다.
디지털 학습기기의 안정적인 사용을 위해 각급 학교에 기가급 무선 인터넷 환경과 창의정보교육실도 구축된다.
인공지능 교육과정을 운영하는 인공지능 교육 선도학교를 21년 3개교에서 23년에는 11개교로 확대에 나선다.
디지털 교과서와 원격수업 플랫폼, 교육용 콘텐츠를 연계·활용하는 디지털교육 클래스 2개교도 운영할 방침이다.
학생의 개별 성장을 지원하는 메타버스 클래스 12개교를 운영을 통해 학교 교육과정 운영 역량을 높이겠다는 계획이다.
이와함께 미래형 정보교실 구축을 연차적으로 지원하는 등 디지털 전환 교육을 대비한 창의적인 정보 교육실 공간 조성에도 힘을 기울이기로 했다.
디지털·AI교육 교원 역량 강화를 위해 한국교원대와 연계해 AI융합교육 전문과정 교육대학원 지원을 하기로 했다.
최 교육감은 지난 2020년에 입학한 교원 19명이 올해 하반기 첫 졸업을 앞두고 있으며, 올해에도 총 44명의 교원이 입학해 인공지능 교육 역량을 강화중이라고 밝혔다.
또 세종 SW·AI 교육 통합지원단 운영을 통해 이들로 하여금 현장 교육의 씨앗으로 발돋움할 수 있도록 공동체성에 기반한 자율적 성장 과정을 지원하고 다양한 교육 자료, 사례들도 개발중이라고 설명했다.
기존에 추진해왔던 교원 연수를 시대적 트렌드(AI, 빅데이터 등) 반영해 교원 연수 프로그램을 지속하고 ‘학교로 찾아가는 디지털·AI교육 연수’를 희망교 전체로 확대할 계획이다.
특히 챗지피티 등 생성형 인공지능의 급격한 성능 향상과 사회적 이슈화에 따라 ▲직장교육, 학부모 특강 ▲도움 자료 개발·배포(문답의 시대, 챗GPT) ▲교원 공모전 등 인공지능 도구의 교육적인 활용과 이와 함께 예상되는 부작용을 방지하기 위해 선제적인 노력에 나서기로 했다.
최 교육감은 디지털·AI 학생 체험 프로그램 확대 운영 방안으로 체험·탐구 중심의 디지털·AI 학생 교육 프로그램을 지속적으로 발굴해 운영하겠다고 밀했다.
세종SW교육체험센터의 학생 참여 기회를 확대해 학생들이 소프트웨어 능력을 향상시키고 경험할 수 있도록 하겠다고 했다.
실생활 문제를 해결하는 SW해커톤대회와 가칭끝장코딩파티 등 디지털·AI 문화 확산을 위한 학생 축제도 기획.추진된다.
