'2027 하계세계대학경기대회의 성공적인 개최를 위한' 정책 간담회가 5일 열렸다.
이날 '세종·대전 지역상생발전 연구모임 (대표의원 김현미)'은 대전시의회 충청권하계세계대학경기대회지원특별위원회에서 간담회를 갖고 논의를 이어갔다.
이날 간담회는김현미 대표 의원을 비롯해 김영현, 김재형, 최원석 의원이 참석했으며 대전시 의원 4명, 전문가 등이 참석했다.
참석자들은 메가스포츠이벤트의 경제효과와 지역상생방안’이란 주제로 ▲대회 관심도 및 인지도 제고 방안 마련 ▲생활체육시설 인프라 구축 및 사후 활용방안 마련 ▲지역간 갈등요소 해결방안 ▲생활·전문·학교체육의 저변 확대 ▲4개 시도의 관광상품 개발 및 홍보 등 다양한 분야에 대한 심도있는 논의를 진행했다.
또 , 이들은 간담회에서 논의된 내용을 바탕으로 대전시의회와의 토론회 및 간담회 등 다각적인 활동을 전개할 예정이다.
김현미 대표의원은 “성공적인 대회 개최와 지속 가능한 체육·문화·관광 인프라 구축 및 활용을 위해 충청권 4개 시도가 협력하여 실행 가능한 전략을 마련하고 세종·대전이 상생 협력·발전할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
