세종시의회 ‘2023년 의원·직원 합동의정연수’가 이달 10일부터 12일까지 제주도에서 진행된다.
의원과 직원 등 50여 명을 대상으로 열리는 이번 연수는 정책역량 강화 및 소통을 위해 마련됐다.
연수 첫째 날인 10일에는 세종시교육청 학생해양수련원을 방문해 시설 견학 및 운영 상황을 점검하고, 조례안 심사와 예산 편성 및 심의에 대한 전문 강사의 실무 교육이 이뤄진다.
11일에는 청렴연수원 전문 강사가 청탁금지법 및 이해충돌방지법 등 반부패·청렴과 관련된 법령 및 제도에 대한 강의가 열린다.
이날 오후에는 ‘인사청문회 실시 근거 규정’이 신설됨에 따라 세종시 특성에 맞는 인사청문회 도입 방안을 모색하는 토론회도 예정돼 있다.
마지막 날인 12일에는 리더십·소통기법에 관한 교육에 이어 상생협약을 체결한 제주특별자치도의회와 공동으로 상생발전 간담회를 실시한다.
이는 지난 2022년 세종시의회와 제주도의회가 균형발전과 지방분권 강화를 위한 상생협력 협약을 체결한 데 따른 것으로, 양 의회는 이날 협력 방안에 대해 논의하는 시간을 가질 예정이다.
