안심콜 서비스 등록자가 119로 신고하면 대상자의 정보가 119종합상황실 신고 접수 화면에 자동으로 표출돼 출동 구급대원에 전달하여 신속한 현장출동 및 대응이 가능하다.
서비스 가입은 119안전신고센터에 접속해 환자의 개인 정보와 보호자 연락처, 병력 정보 등을 입력하면 된다.
본인뿐만 아니라 보호자, 자녀, 사회복지사 등 대리인도 가입이 가능하다.
