“아이와 부모, 모두를 위해 따뜻한 돌봄 사업을 펼칩니다”
희망브리지가 협력병원과 함께 환아 및 가족을 위한 지원을 위해 나섰다.
희망브리지 전국재해구호협회(회장 송필호)는 의료 사각지대에 놓인 환아와 가족이 겪는 경제적·심리사회적 어려움을‘일상 속 재난’으로 여기고 이들을 돕기 위해 사업 공모를 실시했다고 7월24일 밝혔다.
이번 공모는 전국 병원을 대상으로 환아 치료비 및 가족 돌봄 프로그램 지원을 주제로 진행되었으며, 가톨릭관동대학교 국제성모병원과 한림대학교 한강성심병원을 협력병원으로 선정하여 총 4602만 원을 지원한다.
희망브리지는 언론에 배포한 보도자료를 통해 “이번 지원을 통해 가톨릭관동대학교 국제성모병원은 정신의학과 환아를 대상으로 의료비 지원을 진행할 예정이며, 이와 함께 환아를 키우고 있는 부모들을 위한 상담과 교육 프로그램을 제공할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
또한, 한림대학교 한강성심병원은 화상을 입은 환아들을 위해 의료비 지원뿐 아니라 최첨단 VR 기기를 활용한 재활치료 프로그램도 운영할 예정이다. 이로써, 환아들이 빠르고 효과적으로 회복하는 데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.
